Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the USA.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for all orders under $45.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping!

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing time may take 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Processing

After placing your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on weekdays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Susujoy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Order Adjustments & Returns Policy

If you’ve placed an order by accident or need to make any adjustments, please reach out to us immediately at health@susujoy.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to make any adjustments or offer a refund.

To ensure the highest quality of our products and maintain the health and safety of our customers, we do not reuse or resell items once they’ve been shipped. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

Please note, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders placed through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Shoprite, Kroger, etc.). If you purchased from another retailer, please reach out to them directly for assistance.
