About the Role

You’ll be on the ground building relationships with grocery stores, cafés, juice bars, and other retail outlets. Armed with a sample kit and marketing materials, your goal is to introduce our brand, drive sales, and support our growing network of customers.

🛠 What You’ll Do

Drive your own vehicle to visit potential and existing clients

Introduce our snack products to retail outlets using samples and materials

Take and process orders, issue invoices, and collect payments when needed

Deliver orders directly to local clients

Collect essential account information (contacts, hours, display placement, etc.)

Support existing accounts with restocking and sales check-ins

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude

• Self-starter who can work independently and meet goals

• Comfortable speaking and communicating in English

• Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

• Familiarity with Bay Area neighborhoods is a plus

• Experience in sales, food/beverage, or distribution preferred

• Passion for healthy or plant-based products is a big bonus!

💰 Compensation — Choose Your Model

Option 1: Commission-Only (Flexible Hours)

40% commission on first-time customer orders

20% commission on all repeat orders

Set your own schedule

Option 2: Hourly + Commission (Structured Schedule)

Hourly wage (based on experience)

15% commission on first orders

10% commission on repeat orders

Set weekly hours and sales route
